The Biggest Loser Episode 13.11 Episode 11

Directly after last week's emotional elimination of Cassandra, Alison addresses the group. A lot of them arrived on the ranch with the excuse "I don't believe in myself." Alison hopes this statement no longer holds true because from now on, the teams are gone, and the game is moving to singles. Which also means that from now on, there will be a yellow line at the weigh-in. Back at the house, the players find their original colored shirts laid out on the dining room table. Emily cries, figuring there's now a target on her back. Kim's happy the game has gone to singles, because she's sick of all the politics. And now the only person she trusts is her original Pink teammate Emily. The rest of the players all know that if either Emily or Kim falls below the yellow line, one of them is going home.

The next day, the players put on their sweatshirts to meet Alison atop a strange circular ice rink ringed with flashing lights. To win this challenge, the players will have to stand on their own two feet. Each of them will be tied to a ring in the center of the rink. They have to push the buzzer directly in front of them, but they're going to have to pull all the other players with them to do so. There are nine prizes today, which they'll swap in a Yankee swap/white elephant game. The person who comes in first will get to make the final swap. Since Buddy has a stress fracture in his tibia, he'll be sitting out of the challenge. Jeremy's psyched; he's the heaviest guy on the show right now, so this is a golden opportunity for a win. As predicted, Jeremy is the first to press his button.

Having too difficult a time moving to press his buzzer, Mark decides he'll have an easier time in the next round if Megan's out of the game. Pretty soon, most of the other contestants help out, which is when Kim realizes they're all organizing against the Pink Team. Mark tells Alison he had to take a break, and in the next round, Chris helps Mark win. Now five ladies are left to battle it out. Conda's next to hit her buzzer, followed by Chris, then Kim. In the end, it's down to Emily vs. Kimmy, and Kimmy takes it, leaving Emily in last place. Kim consoles a crying Emily with a hug. Since Buddy sat out, he'll pick the first prize - and it's a Biggest Loser hat!

Emily picks next - a phone for a day. She figures it won't be her prize to keep. Kimmy chooses an autographed photo of Alison, which is a prize she wants to keep. Kim winds up with a deluxe box of chocolates. Deciding Emily needs the phone more, she stays with the chocolates. Chris holds on to her one-pound advantage. When Conda's prize is $1, she immediately swaps for Chris' one-pound advantage. Mark receives an extra vote at elimination, which will only apply if he stays above the yellow line. He keeps it, explaining it's too much power to give away. Megan's box contains a goldfish, which she immediately names Jeremy and gives to Conda in exchange for the one-pound advantage.

Last up, Jeremy wins a shopping trip with a celebrity - and he gets to bring a friend. Figuring that if he takes the one-pound advantage, Conda will get nothing, Jeremy opts to swap for his namesake goldfish, letting Conda pick whom she wants to take shopping. What a nice brother! Afterwards, it's time for everyone to hit the gym for a work out with the trainers. Regardless of the fact that he has a stress fracture, Buddy's trying to do what he can. Emily knows this is a big week for her because the excuse of the week is hers. Knowing Emily is her own worst enemy, Bob encourages her to feel her confidence - which Kim has no problem with. Bob takes Chris, Megan, Emily and Cassandra outside to the box gym for more working out, while Mark, Jeremy and Kimmy stay on the treadmills in the gym with Dolvett.

After the workout, Bob checks in with Emily, who explains she has no ally save Kim. Bob claims that all the people who love Emily are challenging her to love herself and feel her greatness - now! There's no time to waste! Bob's new obsession is Olympic weightlifting, so he's enlisted Emily to help. Bob remarks that she's a mean trainer - and one who's full of confidence! Meanwhile, Conda's getting herself dolled up for her celebrity shopping trip, and she's decided to take Kim with her. They're both single moms and don't get much time for themselves. Conda and Kim are chauffeured to Beverly Hills, where they're thrilled to meet Jessica Simpson. It's time for them to get some clothing that makes them look as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.

Jessica opens the door to her showroom, telling Conda and Kim to take whatever they want. She's looking forward to fancying Conda up! Kim is shocked to learn she's now wearing a size 10, and Conda is fitting in skinny jeans. Jessica also gives Conda and Kim a year's supply of BeautyMint personalized anti-aging skincare products and special butterfly diamond necklaces. Back at the ranch, Emily, Megan and Jeremy find Rachel cooking in the kitchen. Today, she's introducing Progresso light soups. Jeremy is thrilled to see Rachel, especially now that they're in singles, and he's on his own when it comes to making his meals.

Knowing Kimmy is afraid of heights, Dolvett decides to take her on a solo trip to a climbing gym. But first, he sits Kimmy down for a talk. Why is she always taking care of everyone else before taking care of herself? Kimmy tearfully explains that her mother was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, manic depression and obsessive compulsion when Kimmy was eight years old. Since her mother was unable to take care of her children, Kimmy stepped up. She remembers there was a time when her mother didn't want her kids to eat, thinking this would purify their bodies. Consequently, Kimmy can't stand not having a ton of food in the house - and that she has to feed everyone in it. Dolvett reminds her that she's a fighter. She beat Emily in the challenge, and that's pretty impressive. Now it's time for Kimmy to turn her attention to her own issues - and up the wall she goes, right to the top!

Going into the weigh-in, both Emily and Kim fear they have targets on their backs. Kimmy's up on the scale first, and she's taken off four pounds this week. Conda loses seven, and Jeremy's down nine. Megan needs to lose five to stay above the yellow line, even with her one-pound advantage, and tonight she's lost six. The loss is bittersweet - what if she puts her mom Kimmy below the yellow line? Despite his injury, Buddy manages to lose eight pounds. Kim needs to lose more than five to stay above the yellow line, and she's thrilled to be rid of six. Chris also needs to lose more than five - and she pulls a seven! As long as Mark doesn't fall below the yellow line, he'll have two votes at the elimination. He'll need to lose more than five pounds...

...and Mark loses nine pounds - putting him in first place. Now Kimmy is definitely below the yellow line, and Emily is last on the scale. She'll need to lose more than five to stay above the yellow line - and she loses exactly five! Emily cries, fearing her time at the ranch is coming to an end. After their discussion, the players head to the elimination room. Kim casts the first vote for Kimmy, and of course, Megan refuses to vote for her mother. Chris surprises everyone by voting to eliminate her original teammate Emily. Explaining he has to look out for his sister, Jeremy votes for Emily. Conda knows that keeping Kimmy would be a strategic move, but she decided to vote with her heart - against Kimmy. Explaining he can't vote to separate a mother and her daughter, Mark casts both his votes for Emily - which means she's going home. Emily insists her life will now revolve around exercise, and she's going to win the at-home prize.
