It's the live finale of The Biggest Loser, Season 12. Together the 15 contestants have lost nearly a ton over the course of the show. Alison has a special treat to kick off the finale, a live performance of The Biggest Loser's theme song, "Brand New Book" by Train. Alison introduces the three finalists, but they're only visible behind a scrim... for now.

Alison explains that none of the wonderful contestant transformations would be possible without the trainers, Anna, Bob and Dolvett, who feels like a million bucks to attend his first finale. Anna admits the contestants are feeling tense, and Bob promises the audience will freak out when they see the contestants. Anna brings out the first four players who'll be competing for the at-home prize: Johnny, Becky, Jessica and the now skinny Vinny! For the first time ever, only the top three of the at-home players will mount the scale to weigh in for the at-home prize. Everyone's been weighed prior to the show. Johnny's current weight is 231 and Becky weighs 150. But neither of them will compete for the at-home prize. Now it's down to Jessica and Vinny, who cracks up when Dolvett runs onstage wearing the enormous overalls Vinny first wore to the ranch.

Alison calls the next heat to the stage: Bonnie, Courtney, Patrick and Sunny. Everyone looks amazing! Bonnie has been such an inspiration to everyone, and Courtney has completely changed her life, but neither of them will weigh in for the at-home prize. After seven months of intense competition, the difference in weight loss between Sunny and Patrick is less than 1%. But it's Patrick who'll be moving on the next round, weighing in with Vinny. With one spot left, Alison calls out the next heat of four: Debbie, Coach Mike, Papa Joe, and Jennifer. Neither Debbie nor Mike will make the at-home weigh-in, so either Jennifer or Joe will head to the next round. After a short rundown on Bob's obsession with Jennifer, she's surprised to learn that she's heading back to the scale for a chance to win the $100,000 at-home prize.

Finally it's time to roll out the Biggest Loser scale. Patrick's first up. He now weighs 236, and has lost 39.02%. For Jennifer to take the lead, she'll have to lose more than 128 pounds. She started at 330 and she's down to 185, having lost 145 pounds for 43.94%. She's in the lead, which is truly amazing considering she's battled a leg injury all season long. The last to weigh in, Vinny will have to lost more than 187 pounds to top Jennifer. He started at 426 pounds... and his current weight is... 242. Vinny has lost 182 pounds, which means Jennifer has won $100,000! She runs right over to Bob for a big hug.

Now it's time to bring out the first finalist, who began the season as one of the unhealthiest players at 355 pounds. After winning the marathon to make it to the finals, Ramon looks simply amazing. He leads the audience in a chant of Dolvett's mantra, "Hard work! Dedication!" Ramon stops Alison in the middle of her interview to give Jessica a kiss. Alison hands him the mike, asking for an update on their relationship. All Ramon will say is they're "loving life." Alison points out that The Biggest Loser has created more successful marriages than say, "The Bachelor." Alison introduces Ramon's dad, who's lost 85 pounds, and Ramon's mom will be spending some time at The Biggest Loser Resort. Alison shares a letter that Ramon's mom wrote, thanking everyone on the ranch for helping her son. Ramon climbs into the audience to give his mom a big hug.

Alison brings the next finalist to the stage. Antone looks svelte, claiming he's in such good shape, he could go play in the NFL right now. Bob confirms that Antone is a world-class athlete. Antone's excited that he can now be an inspiration to former NFL players like himself, and a more active father for his children. When he first came to The Biggest Loser, Antone's shirt size was 5X... now it's just simply large!

Alison confesses that she's never seen anyone who wants to win as much as John, and Bob concurs. He walked into the ranch on Day 1 with an objective, and didn't let anything get in his way. John admits he's had a lot of failures in life, and he had completely given up. What made the show for him was when Bob told him to wear his heart on his sleeve, and not worry about whether or not he'd be accepted. This will help John keep the weight off. Now he's rediscovered the ability to be successful. Knowing how hard it was for his wife to stay home with their two kids alone, John promises he didn't waste a precious second of his time on the ranch.

Finally, the big moment is at hand. Alison calls the Final Three to the stage. Dr. H offers some stats. Each of the guys had severe fatty hepatitis to start off with - they shrunk their livers tremendously. Ramon and John have gotten rid of their diabetes. And lastly, the three guys set a finale record for lowest body fat ratio - 15% - that's pro-athlete level. And as a group, they've gained 54 years. Alison offers John the opportunity to choose the order in which they'll weigh in, and he picks Ramon to go first.

Ramon offers a last thought about his journey - and it's a shout-out to Dolvett, who helped him change his life. Ramon started his journey at 355 pounds, he now weighs 201, with a total loss of 154 at 43.38%. It's the number to beat. Antone's up next, and he's going to have to lose more than 193 pounds. His starting weight was 447 pounds. He's lost 202 at 45.19% - amazing! Now Antone's up top, and John's climbing onto the scale. When Antone and John started on the show, they were only two pounds apart. Now John will have to lose more than 201 pounds to win it all. Starting at 445 pounds, John's current weight is... 225! He's lost 220 pounds and is Season 12's Biggest Loser!
