Double Trouble: There's some tension between Brittany and Erica. Make that some full-blown fighting. The other pad pals snicker as the tumultuous twins yell, scream and cry before eventually hugging it. They then head off to have a few more drinks.

The Rhythm is Gonna Getcha: The pad pals first challenge involves the lost art of rhythmic gymnastics. The best man and woman get a rose. The two worst gymnasts from each respective sex will have a vote against them. The practice sessions go pretty much as you would expect. Basically, it was hard for Erica to do any cartwheels while in a dress. As for the guys, Michael and David seem to me the two to beat.

The ladies suit up in some sexy gymnastics outfits. The guys also work the look of their bright new tights. Old friends Ashley and JP are joined by Olympic medalist Tasha Schwikert to serve as judges for the competition. Reid believes the routine done by the ladies is the least graceful thing he's ever seen. Michael feels it was simply a train wreck. Not only will it be hard to choose a winner, the judges will certainly be hard-pressed to figure who was the worst of the group. The men put the ladies to shame with their routine. They exhume charm and charisma in a stunningly decent show.

A Marquee Night: When it comes time to vote for the two worst performances of the day, Erica and Ed win the dishonors. That's two weeks in a row Erica's had a vote against her. As for the best female performance, that distinction goes to Blakeley. Michael ends up winning the day out of all the men. Both winners get a rose as well as a date.

Michael chooses Rachel, Lindzi and Donna to go on a date with him. This is great news for one super fan that has had a crush on him for some time now. It's bad news for Erica, who believes she is on the chopping block. Michael, Donna, Lindzi and Rachel see their names in lights on the marquee out front of the theater where a concert is taking place inside. Donna couldn't be happier until Rachel starts sucking face with Michael on the dance floor. She feels a little better when Michael fulfills a fantasy for her by having a make-out session with her a little later. But at the end of the date, Rachel gets the rose.

Bunk Buddies: Jamie wants to spend some time with Chris, but her partner, Ryan, is making that difficult by showering her with attention. She's also distressed to learn that Chris wants to stick with Blakeley as a partner. Apparently, he's more focused on playing the game. That means playing the competition, too. Chris says he'll do whatever it takes to win. That's bad news for Jamie, who catches Chris cuddling up with Blakeley in the bottom bunk.

For her date, Blakeley chooses Chris, Ed and super fan David. They head off to do some soapbox racing after decorating their cars. Ed makes his car look like a pickle since he feels like he's in a bit of a pickle with one vote against him. He actually ends up winning the race on pure pickle power! Later, Dave appeals to Blakeley's emotional side as he knows she's the one who can save him. But at the end of the date, Chris scores the rose.

Party Time: Things get a little out of control thanks to a little hot tub time and a lot of libations. Ed is howling up a storm as he drinks from his soapbox derby victory cup. Later, he's heard howling from under the covers with one of his female pad pals.

Remember how we said the twins hugged and made up? Yeah, well, that didn't take. The bickering kicks in big time. The double trouble meltdown continues as the other pad pals try to sleep. Erica is so upset that she says goodbye to a sleeping Dave before heading out the door. Brittany has no choice but to leave, too. The arguing continues as a car drives them away. Suddenly, things at the pad are a whole lot quieter.

The Rose Ceremony Since the twins skedaddled out the door, all of the ladies are safe. David thinks he's on the way out the door, but Kalon conspires to get Ryan booted. He manipulates Lindzi into doing his dirty work. Reid also works the ladies to get rid of Ed. Even though Sarah hooked up with Ed the night before, she lets him know that she voted to have him leave before the process is even over. At the end of the day, those who receive roses are:

Blakeley (safe from the challenge), Chris (safe from a date), David, Donna, Ed, Erica, Jaclyn, Jamie, Kalon, Lindzi, Michael (safe from the challenge), Nick, Rachel (safe from a date), Reid, Sarah and Tony

That means Ryan is headed out the door not having found love or money at the pad.
