When it comes to parenting, Debbie (Lori Loughlin) and Tabitha (Jessica Walter) don't see eye-to-eye and their personalities continue to clash when Tabitha surprises Annie (Shenae Grimes) and Dixon (Tristan Wilds) with a new car. Ethan (Dustin Milligan) and Annie sneak away to Tabitha's house in Palm Springs for some alone time and take full advantage of being on their own.
