AceShowbiz - Katie Holmes' representative has moved swiftly to deny reports suggesting the actress is pregnant with her second child. The "Batman Begins" star sparked rumors she and husband Tom Cruise were set to add to their family after she was snapped shopping in New York sporting what appeared to be an early baby bump protruding under a tight-fitting top.

The images subsequently appeared on the cover of America's OK! magazine this week along with the headline, "Katie: Yes, I'm pregnant". The tabloid reports Holmes has already started telling close friends and family about her alleged baby secret.

But her spokeswoman Ina Treciokas has shot down the allegations, stating, "She's not pregnant. This is false. It was reported and it is false and the journalist who called was told so." Holmes and Cruise are parents to five-year-old daughter Suri.
