Michael Jackson's Estate Settle Las Vegas Landlord Lawsuit

The late King of Pop was accused of leaving Aner Iglesias' Sin City mansion in such disarray during his stay from 2008 to 2009, but has now settled for an undisclosed amount.

Michael Jackson's estate executors have settled a creditor's claim with the late star's former Las Vegas landlord over alleged damage to the property. In 2009, Aner Iglesias accused Jackson and his entourage of leaving his Sin City mansion in such disarray during his stay from 2008 to 2009, that the phone and alarm systems needed to be replaced.

The claim also included reports of further damage to the interior and exterior of the home and demanded $234,000 from Jackson's estate. However, the dispute has now been settled for an undisclosed amount, according to TMZ.com.

The Las Vegas estate Palomino Hacienda was the late King of Pop's last residence in Las Vegas. The 1.7-acre compound has a chapel, several living rooms, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a maid's or guest quarters with a kitchen. It also has an 8,500-square-foot basement, which was used by the "Thriller" hitmaker as a studio and to store his memorabilia, book and art collections.
