Troubled teen star Demi Lovato is seeking further counseling to help her cope with life after rehab. The actress/singer, who has spent the last three months in treatment dealing with undisclosed emotional issues, was spotted attending a meeting at the New Journey Eating Disorder Center in Santa Monica, California on Monday, January 31.

X17.com reports her new program consists of "a combination of specialized groups, nutritional meal planning, supervised meals, meal processing, and educational presentations designed to support the recovery process".

Demi Lovato left the rehab facility in late last month and she was spotted during her first public outing post rehab on Friday, January 27. The 18-year-old beauty looked cheerful as she smiled and waved to the camera while holding a cup of coffee.
