The singer is reportedly excited for the musical and thinks the project will be a fun production.
Robbie Williams is set to follow in the footsteps of ABBA, Queen and the Spice Girls - he's reportedly agreed for his hits to be transformed into a West End musical. The "Angels" hitmaker is said to have given theater bosses access to his back catalogue to develop a show inspired by his music.
A source tells Britain's The Sun, "Robbie is bang up (excited) for the musical and thinks it will be a fun production. He loves West End shows and is honored they will be doing one about his life."
The "Mamma Mia!" musical, revolving around ABBA's hits, and "We Will Rock You", based on Queen songs, have proved to be box office successes across the world, while "Viva Forever" - a show featuring the Spice Girls' tracks - is set to debut in London in 2012.
