The actress praised her estranged husband's choice of entering rehab for help, saying 'I love and support him.'
Courteney Cox has publicly offered her "love and support" to her estranged husband David Arquette, insisting he has entered a rehabilitation center to "better his life". The "Scream" star entered a facility over the New Year weekend to tackle his alcohol and depression issues following his separation from Cox in October.
The former "Friends" actress has confirmed the rehab reports, telling People.com, "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life. I love and support him." It is not known how long Arquette will receive treatment for as WENN goes to press.
Meanwhile, it's reported that David entered the rehab to win her back. "He's trying to win Courteney back, and he turned back to drinking again out of frustration," a source said. "He is doing this to show her he means it and will do anything for her and Coco. He wants his family life back. It's been so hard on him."
