Eva Longoria has escaped unscathed following a nasty car crash in Los Angeles. The "Desperate Housewives" star was driving along the city's famous Hollywood Boulevard, close to her Beso restaurant, on Wednesday nigh, October 20 when her car collided with another vehicle.
The actress and the unnamed other driver are said to have suffered minor injuries in the smash but did not require hospital treatment. The accident is now under investigation, according to TMZ.com.
Next month, Eva Longoria will fly to Madrid, Spain to Host MTV European Music Awards. Performing live at the November 7 event are Katy Perry, Linkin Park, Kings of Leon, Ke$ha, Kid Rock, Shakira and Plan B. Meanwhile, "Jersey Shore" star DJ Pauly D, "Hannah Montana" actress Emily Osment and "Jackass 3D" actor Johnny Knoxville will be presenting awards.
