The actor was approached to pop up in a video tribute for Kristian Anderson's touching tribute for his wife who has supported him through the cancer ordeal.

Hugh Jackman has lent his support to an Australian cancer patient by making an emotional cameo appearance in a video tribute for the man's wife. The "X-Men" hunk appears in Kristian Anderson's heartwarming video message, which he made for his wife Rachel's birthday to thank her for supporting him throughout his chemotherapy treatment.

In the moving montage, Jackman looks into the camera and says, "He loves you Rachel... he loves you." Anderson was put in contact with the actor after he appealed to Australian radio station Triple M for help in making the video following his diagnosis last October.

Not only the actor, New Zealand's Prime Minister John Key also spared a time to make an introduction the video tribute.
