Although refusing to talk to Montana, Laurence Fishburne reportedly still helps his daughter in an assault case which claims her attacking her boyfriend's ex-lover.
Laurence Fishburne is paying for his troubled daughter's legal fight in an assault case, despite allegedly cutting ties with her following her move into the porn industry, according to a U.S. report. Montana Fishburne recently moved out of the actor's Los Angeles home after taking an "embarrassing" step into the adult movie market and appearing in a sex tape.
The 19 year old reportedly contacted "The Matrix" star last week, when Laurence reportedly told her he will refuse to speak to her until she turns her "life around". But now it has been revealed the actor actively hired Montana's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley and is funding her legal representation while she fights an ongoing assault case, reports TMZ.com.
The teenager has been charged with battery following an incident in February, when she allegedly attacked her boyfriend's ex-lover. Montana has pleaded not guilty.
