As the newlywed actress is expecting a baby, she will make her last performance in the Broadway play on October 10.
Tony-winning actress Katie Finneran has announced she'll be leaving the cast of hit Broadway musical "Promises, Promises" in October to have a baby. The 39-year-old star, who won a Tony for Featured Actress in a Musical in June, will give her last performance on October 10, producers announced on Tuesday, August 24.
The news comes just days after Finneran married her longtime boyfriend Darren Goldstein, on August 22. The couple's child is due in the winter of 2011.
Katie Finneran won a Best Featured Actress Tony Award in 2002 through her other role, Brooke Ashton, in the revival of "Noises Off". Her biggest film role was a leading role in "Night of the Living Dead".
