AceShowbiz - Paul Hogan has been hit with a tax bill of more than $12 million in his ongoing financial troubles, according to a U.K. report. The "Crocodile Dundee" star has been under investigation by the Australian Crime Commission for the last few years amid allegations he channeled millions of dollars into tax havens abroad.

In 2009, Hogan challenged a court decision to release his private records relating to the case, and the appeal went to the country's highest legal arena. The actor lost his bid in June, when Australia's High Court ruled his sensitive documents should be made public as part of the ongoing tax probe - and the papers reveal Hogan owes in excess of $12 million, reports Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper.
