The 'Absolutely Fabulous' actress has gone public with her battle with breast cancer although she previously tried to hide it by wearing a wig when she was out.

AceShowbiz - British comedy actress Jennifer Saunders has gone public with her secret breast cancer battle by showing off her shaved head at a pal's birthday party. The "Absolutely Fabulous" star had remained silent about her struggle with the disease following a diagnosis in October, and wore a wig when out in public to hide the fact she had lost her hair while undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
According to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, Saunders revealed all about her health battle at artist pal Tracey Emin's recent 47th birthday party in the South of France after she was given the all clear in June.
A source tells the publication, "Jennifer's treatment finished in June. She is very thankful that she has been given the all-clear and is feeling in very good spirits. Jennifer looked beautiful at Tracey's birthday party in a white dress and long silver necklace. She was surrounded by her best friends... so she felt confident that she was in much-loved company. It has been an ordeal, but Jennifer is getting better every day."
