AceShowbiz - Newlyweds Johnathon Schaech and Jana Kramer are heeding the advice of Hollywood veteran Tom Hanks to keep their marriage in tact - the couple has agreed never to spend more than two weeks apart.
Schaech, who was previously married to Christina Applegate, wed the "One Tree Hill" star on Sunday, July 4 in Glen Arbor, Michigan in front of their close friends and family. And he will never forget the words of wisdom he was offered by Hanks, who has been married to Rita Wilson for 22 years.
Schaech tells America's OK! magazine, "With our jobs, we travel to different places. We are going to make a really strong attempt to listen to Tom Hanks. He told me you shouldn't be apart for more than two weeks. That's going to be our rule."
