Instead of angry for not being invited to the secret wedding, the actor's eldest son Ben said the idea of them making it official is 'terrific'.
Harrison Ford's eldest son isn't offended he missed his father's secret wedding to Calista Flockhart - he's called the elopement "terrific news".
The celebrity couple married on Tuesday, June 15 in a low-key ceremony presided over by New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson at the politician's mansion in Santa Fe. The only other guest in attendance was Flockhart's nine-year-old adopted son Liam.
But Ford's grown-up son Ben, the actor's eldest child from his first marriage to Mary Marquardt, is thrilled his dad has finally exchanged vows with his partner of eight years. He tells People.com, "Those crazy kids went off and eloped! I think it is wonderful that they finally made it legit. It is really terrific news. I'm so happy for them."
