Following his arrest in late January, the 'Heroes' star pleads not guilty to driving under the influence during his court appearance on February 24.
"Heroes star Adrian Pasdar has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence following his arrest in January. The husband of Dixie Chicks' singer Natalie Maines was pulled over by cops after he was allegedly clocked driving over 90 miles-an-hour (144.8 kilometres-an-hour) on a freeway in Los Angeles.
The 44-year-old actor was officially charged with the DUI last week and he entered his plea during a court appearance on Wednesday, February 24. If convicted, Pasdar faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Back on January 27, when he was pulled over by the police, Adrian Pasdar was taken into custody after refusing a breathalyzer test. The Skeet Machine Salesman of "Secondhand Lions" was further freed after posting a $15,000 bail.
