Blasting 'America's Got Talent' bosses for not listening to his actress wife following her exit, the former NBA star claims that his family 'started being followed' when the negotiations started.

AceShowbiz - Dwyane Wade is calling out "America's Got Talent" bosses for calling Gabrielle Union a liar. Shortly after news broke out that his actress wife has filed a discrimination complaint against Simon Cowell, NBC, FremantleMedia and Syco Entertainment, the former NBA star turned to Twitter to address the issues at hand.

"Y'all have deemed her a liar after months of trying to inform y'all of the issues in the work place and also make sure other employees of color that comes after her won't have the same experiences," the 38-year-old began his series of tweets. "Instead of looking thru the lens of someone who has been an advocate for the black and brown community, for women and for rape victims."

"So instead of making sure your work environment is a a better place for everyone," the 13-time NBA All-Star continued expressing his frustration over the matter in a separate tweet. "Y'all have decided that she what? Made it all up because she lost a job? She's a black women in Hollywood she has lost out on many jobs."

Wade ended his series of tweets with claims that his family was being followed. "When these negotiations started my house started being watched and my family started being followed," he stated. "My daughter couldn't even go to swim class without us being trailed by people looking for answers. Well y'all have the answers and y'all still don't wanna listen to them."

Dwyane Wade spoke out in defense of Gabrielle Union over 'AGT' controversy.

Union filed a harassment, discrimination and retaliation complaint with California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing around six months after she got fired from "AGT" after only one season. In her filing, she reportedly accused NBC Entertainment Chairman Paul Telegdy of trying to "silence and intimidate" her during investigation.

"Union's agent could not recall another instance in his career when a senior executive at a network had threatened and intimidated an employee during an ongoing workplace investigation," her lawyer explained Bryan Freedman. "It thus became clear to Union that Telegdy was not merely attempting to silence Union in the media, but attempting to silence Union from making any further comments to the investigator."

NBCUniversal, however, denied Union's claims. "The allegation that anyone involved in this process threatened Ms. Union is categorically untrue," its statement read. "We took Ms. Union's concerns seriously, and engaged an outside investigator who found an overarching culture of diversity on the show. NBCUniversal remains committed to creating an inclusive and supportive working environment where people of all backgrounds are treated with respect."
