The wrestler-turned-actor vows to plant up to 20,000 trees as the star urges his online devotees to follow a U.K. environmental organization on social media.

AceShowbiz - Dwayne Johnson has vowed to help U.K. environmental conservation organisation Plant A Tree plant 20,000 trees.

Bosses at the non-profit shared a screenshot of their chat with the "Moana" star on Instagram, in which he appeared to say he'd help plant one new tree for every follower and like they gained, up to 20,000.

"Hey, we are a nonprofit organisation who plants a tree for every follower we receive due to are recent growth we are unable to find all the trees, we were wondering if you could help us? (sic)," they penned.

The "Baywatch" star responded, "Wow that so great stuff you guys have been doing... if you get 20k followers and 20k likes by the end of 13th of June which is a months time I'll help fund all 20k trees. (sic)."

The organisation's @treeplantingfortheworld page had 18,500 followers when WENN went to press.
