The 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' actress reflects on life in isolation after losing her father, who suffered from Parkinson's disease, to the COVID-19 pandemic on March 21.

AceShowbiz - British actress Sophia Myles took to social media to encourage fans to "give love to everyone" amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The 40-year-old "Transformers: Age of Extinction" star, who is mourning her dad Peter after he died from the coronavirus while suffering from Parkinson's disease, shared a series of clips on Twitter as she reflected on life in isolation.

"A way to get through these difficult times is to a) reach out to your friends about how you are feeling," she said. "But more importantly, to give love to everyone you are talking to. not just your friends but just simply people that you meet in the street and I find that giving a smile is a lovely way to brighten someone's day."

Sophia also took part in a question and answer session, where she opened up to fans on a variety of subjects.

When asked about her fears, she said, "I am terrified of clowns and on a deep psychological level, I am very frightened of being abandoned," while the star also confessed: "I am bored. I am so bored. I have got to come up with ways to keep myself occupied."

In a later post, Sophia playfully begged her followers to give her ideas on what to do with her son Luke, five, while in isolation, asking, "How are you entertaining your kids?"

The fan interaction comes days after the "Doctor Who" star announced her dad's death on March 21, writing: "RIP Peter Myles. My dear Dad died only a few hours ago. It was the Corona Virus that finally took him."
