AceShowbiz - Idris Elba's wife Sabrina Dhowre Elba was recently being dragged for her reaction when she revealed that she tested positive for Coronavirus alongside her actor husband. During an Instagram Live on Thursday, March 26. A fan appeared to accuse her of looking too "excited" about the results.

The fan, who hid her face from the camera, could be heard saying, "You're like all over pages like, 'Oh my god, I got the virus with my husband, da da da da da,' and I was just like, 'What the f**k, she's so excited?' " Looking confused, Sabrina responded, "I didn't know I said it like that anywhere." She went on asking the user to "send me that video."

Sabrina later added, "I already saw him before he tested positive so I was gonna get it anyways. It's nothing to be excited about." Despite the accusation, she still wished the best for the fan, saying, "I hope you're staying at home. I hope you're taking care of your family."

Idris, meanwhile, took to his Twitter account to share an update on his condition. "Hoping everyone is coping with this $@@!! Currently still quarantine.. Sab and I still feel ok so far with no changes. Dr told us that after quarantine we will be immune for a certain time since our antibodies fought this. At some point we’d like to go home to London. Bsafe," so he wrote on the blue bird app.

This arrived after the "Cats" actor shut down Cardi B's conspiracy theory about celebrities getting paid to say they have Coronavirus. "I be seeing these basketball players like, 'Yeah, I have coronavirus, but I don't have any symptoms.' So how am I supposed to know when I’m supposed to get tested for it? I'm starting to feel like y'all n****s is paying n****s to say that they got it. And if y'all are paying n****s to say that they got it, then pay me too. B***h tryna get paid," the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker said during an Instagram Live session.

Idris caught wind of the comments she made on her IG Live and couldn't help but respond to it, calling her statement "test-shaming." The 47-year-old said in his own Live session, "I don't know what people get from this. So, it's like, someone like myself got paid to say I've got Coronavirus is like absolute bulls**t, such stupid nonsense. People wanna spread that like news, that's stupid. It's the quickest way to get people sick. It's not beneficial to me."
