The 20-year-old model son of Cindy and Rande Gerber appears to be trying to keep a low profile while entering the facility in Malibu, California to complete his DUI program.

AceShowbiz - Presley Gerber is sticking to his plea deal. Seven months after pleading no contest to one misdemeanour count of driving under the influence, the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber was spotted going to a drug-test facility in Malibu, California as a part of his DUI program.

In an attempt to keep a low profile, the 20-year-old model wore an oversized Tommy Hilfiger hoodie with a pair of black-and-white Nike shoes. While he covered his hair under a baseball cap, his "misunderstood" face tattoo was on full display.

According to Page Six, the older brother of Kaia Gerber was dropped off at the location by his girlfriend Cameron Rorrison. He spent ten minutes at the treatment center before exiting and heading to the closest 7-Eleven to buy a bottled water and a sandwich. Upon his return to the facility, he stayed for a longer period of time.

Presley had a run in with the law back in December 2018. At the time, he was pulled over by police officers in Beverly Hills, California for speeding in his Tesla. He got booked for driving under the influence after failing a field sobriety test. Following his arrest, Presley's lawyer Scott Spindel assured that the model "takes this very seriously and is taking the necessary steps to address the allegations."

In March 2019, Presley was charged with one count of DUI and another of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08. Four months later, he was sentenced to three years probation in addition to an order to complete DUI program as well as two days of community service.

Presley's parents reportedly have been trying to help him since his arrest. E! News recently reported that they "are definitely concerned about their son. They truly want to make sure he is okay." A source added, "He has just fallen off the beaten path. He has been in treatment before but they are pushing for something more serious. They want to make sure he's in a good mental state and are closely watching him."
