The 'Marry Me' singer's wife Lauren has given birth to their third daughter, Lennon Love Akins, whom she describes as having 'lots of dark hair and blue eyes.'

AceShowbiz - Thomas Rhett and Lauren Akins have welcomed the fifth member of their family. On Tuesday night, February 11, the "Die a Happy Man" hitmaker and his wife announced the arrival of their third daughter, Lennon Love Akins, who is deemed their "early Valentine baby."
Sharing the happy news via Instagram, the 29-year-old crooner spilled, "Lennon Love Akins was born at 8:30 AM on February 10th!" He continued, "It was such a joy to watch this little angel be brought into the world. My wife is just incredible through the entire birth. Watching our kids meet Lennon for the first time was probably the sweetest thing I've ever seen in my whole life!"
Including a series of photos featuring his newborn with the family in the post, the CMA Awards winner went on to praise his two young daughters, 2-year-old Ada James and 4-year-old Willa Gray. "Ada James and Willa Gray are going to be the best big sisters on the planet," he gushed. "The Lord is so good and I'm so grateful for my beautiful growing family!! Y'all pray for us as we switch from man on man defense to zone."
Rhett's wife, Akins, has also made use of her own account to share more pictures. "Our early Valentine baby was born yesterday, February 10th and her sisters couldn't be happier to finally get to kiss her little face," she wrote in the caption section. "Lennon Love Akins. 9lbs 2oz of lovveeee with lots of dark hair and blue eyes. we could not be more in love."
Rhett opened up about his and his wife's desire to expand their family last June. During an appearance on "Today", the "Life Changes" singer shared, "When you're banking on one and then all of a sudden two happens, you're like, 'We basically had twins!' It was tough (to adjust), but now we're like, 'Man, let's have some more. Two's good, let's go to three.' "
A little over one month later, Rhett and his wife announced they were expecting their third child. "Excited to share that I will now be paying for 3 weddings," he joked in the caption of their family photo. "I feel so blessed to say that our third child is on the way and it's a girl!! I love you so much @laur_akins. WG and AJ, y'all are gonna be the best big sisters! Bring on the crazy."
