The drummer makes his stage return alongside his bandmates just weeks after he took them to court for freezing him out of performances at the MusiCares and the Grammys.

AceShowbiz - Aerosmith's drummer Joey Kramer is set to return to the stage with his bandmates in Las Vegas on Monday night (February 10) just weeks after they told him he wasn't good enough for their Grammy weekend shows.

Kramer took the band to court last month (January 2020) after learning he had been "frozen out" of the group's performances at the MusiCares Person the Year tribute and the Grammys themselves.

Steven Tyler and the rest of the band made Joey audition for his spot after he underwent a shoulder injury that kept him offstage last year (2019), and when he failed to impress, they opted to use a replacement for the big shows.

Kramer lost his bid for reinstatement, but now it appears his bandmates have had a change of heart and he'll be back behind the kit for Monday night's set in Sin City.

Sources tell TMZ, the band feels Joey is back at his best.
