Calling her second child with husband Mike Fisher 'miracle baby,' the 'Something in the Water' singer reveals how her son has grown into a 'smiley, crazy, smart, soooo fast' boy.

AceShowbiz - Carrie Underwood has put out rare photos of her second son. Celebrating Jacob Bryan Fisher's first birthday on Tuesday, January 21, the "Something in the Water" hitmaker turned to Instagram to share with her fans her little boy's big appetite for cake.

In a number of photos Carrie uploaded on the photo-sharing site, Jacob could be seen gobbling down his birthday cake using his two hands. Rocking a green camouflage shirt, the one-year-old caused a mess as he dived his face into the custom confection. In addition to Jacob's pictures, Carrie included a snap of the birthday cake before it got destroyed.

Accompanying the photos, the "American Idol" alum let out a sweet tribute to the younger brother of Isaiah Michael. "Happy birthday, Jacob!" she began her message. "How are you already 1 year old? You are smiley, crazy, smart, soooo fast and into everything! And, apparently, you love cake!"

" I can't wait to see your personality continue to shine! I have a good feeling you're going to keep us all on our toes for years to come! I thank God for you each and every day," the 36-year-old country superstar continued. "You are truly our miracle baby!!! Mommy loves you!"

Carrie and her husband, Mike Fisher, welcomed Jacob into their family in 2019 after she went through three miscarriages. "Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday," she announced at the time. "His mom, dad and big brother couldn't be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle! Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good."

As for the miscarriages, Carrie opened up to "CBS Sunday Morning" in 2018 about her heartbreaking struggles. "Mike was away just for the evening, and I texted him, and I was like, 'I don't really want to be alone, so I'm just gonna go snuggle with Isaiah.' And I don't know how I didn't wake him up, but I was just sobbing," she recalled. "And I was like, 'Why on earth do I keep getting pregnant if I can't have a kid? Like, what is this? Shut the door. Like, do something. Either shut the door or let me have a kid.' "
