AceShowbiz - Sharon Osbourne has broken her silence on speculations that her husband Ozzy Osbourne is in his "deathbed." In the January 10 episode of "The Talk", Sharon brought the topic into the discussion as co-host Jeannie Mai posed the question that read, "Has anyone ever criticized you without knowing all the facts?"
The 67-year-old later revealed that she could totally relate to it because of rumors "saying that Ozzy is on his deathbed" and barely able to recognize her. Shuting down the speculations, Sharon then shared a hilarious proof, assuring that the former Black Sabbath frontman had no problem of recognizing Sharon.
"Well he knows me well enough to tell me to shut up," Sharon said, prompting laughter from her co-hosts. Imitating her husband's "I'm an irritated husband" voice, Sharon exclaimed, "Shut up, I'm watching my war movie!"
She also shared on her Instagram account a picture of her having a dinner date with her "hubby" back in October. The picture featured the couple locking lips at a restaurant.
It was nice to see Sharon having a lighthearted attitude despite Ozzy's serious health problems. "He, at the beginning of the year, had a bad flu that went to bronchitis, that went to pneumonia," Sharon shared on the talk show in April 2019. "And then when he had the flu, he came out of hospital and he had a bad accident at home. He fell, and he fell in the middle of the night."
She went on saying that the fall made the rock star "re-injured his back and neck and shoulders" and "all of the metal rods and everything that were put in his body were dislodged." However, Sharon assured fans that time, saying her husband of 37 years was "fine" and "great."
