AceShowbiz - Ashanti is going all over social media following her performance at the Plaza Hotel during New York Fashion Week for the PrettyLittleThing x Saweetie runway show. Her set was incredibly entertaining and amazing, but what set tongues waggling was her choice of outfit which was apparently a big no to many people.
That night, the 38-year-old rapper hit the stage with jaw-dropping fashion ensemble. Ashanti, who has also been promoting her collaboration with the brand, turned heads as she donned an animal print skin-tight green and black top. The Murder Inc princess opted to get risky for the bottom as she strutted in a pair of assless chaps with a tiny g-string thong which barely cover her modesty. Completing her look was a large-brimmed hat.

The eyebrow-raising outfit aside, the show offered the audience jam-packed performances from several other musicians. In addition to Ashanti and Saweetie, Offset and Remy Ma hit the stage in front of the audience which included Paris Hilton and Fat Joe among others. The show saw models walking down the runway to show off Saweetie and Pretty Little Thing's 59-piece collaboration collection that ranges in sizes 2-22. The collaboration includes party wear, flashy triangle bralettes, and a pink satin bustier mini dress.
