The felony robbery and misdemeanor criminal mischief counts against the retired MMA star have been dropped by prosecutors after his alleged victim stopped co-operating with authorities.

AceShowbiz - Fighter Conor McGregor is in the clear over a phone smashing case in Miami, Florida.
Prosecutors have decided to drop the felony robbery and misdemeanor criminal mischief counts against the 30-year-old after the alleged victim, British tourist Ahmed Abdirzak, stopped co-operating with authorities.
McGregor had been due to stand trial on Monday, May 13, but at a court hearing about the reported incident, prosecutor Khalil Madani announced, "The victim of the crime does not wish to return to the United States and prosecute this case."
McGregor was slapped with the charges in March, when Abdirzak tried to take a picture of him with his cell phone while the sportsman was leaving the Fountainbleu Hotel.
The Irishman was not happy with the photo opportunity and allegedly slapped the device out of the fan's hand, and "stomped on the victim's phone several times, damaging it," according to the police complaint.
He was then accused of picking up the shattered phone and walking away with it.
The altercation was all caught on camera, which led officials to arrest McGregor and file charges.
The star has yet to comment on the news, which emerges not long after McGregor settled a civil lawsuit with Abdirzak out of court, reports TMZ.
