The 33-year-old, real name De'Mario Monte Thornton, was taken into custody by police in Minneapolis, Minnesota early on Wednesday, May 01.

According to TMZ sources, he stands accused of domestic assault by strangulation following a heated dispute with a woman believed to be his girlfriend, whose alleged injuries were photographed by responding officers.
