Months after having her lawsuit against the 'In Da Club' hitmaker dismissed, the 'Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood' star fails to show up at a hearing about the legal fees compensation she has to pay him.

AceShowbiz - A Los Angeles judge has issued an arrest warrant for R&B singer-turned-reality TV star Teairra Mari after she skipped a court hearing relating to her legal battle with 50 Cent.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star sued 50 last year (2018), accusing the "In Da Club" hitmaker of re-posting a graphic image of herself from a sex tape purportedly leaked onto her social media page by her ex-boyfriend, Akbar Abdul-Ahad.

Mari claimed both men had tried to "slut-shame" her, and she demanded compensation for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

She lost the court fight and her suit was dismissed in November, when she was ordered to hand over $30,600 (£23,500) to cover 50's legal fees.

She has failed to abide by the ruling, and was ordered to attend a hearing about the matter on Monday, April 22. When she failed to show, the judge signed a bench warrant seeking Mari's arrest, reports The Blast.

50 Cent has since taunted Mari on Instagram, sharing a screen shot of the warrant news and claiming he will be asking for $75,000 (£57,800) now as a result of her court no-show.

"see the s**t ain't funny now, is it Funky," he wrote in the accompanying caption. "you best be coming up with my money. I'm a need 75K now after they add all additional legal fees. The Law is The Law (sic)."
