Kerry Lathan, who got shot in the back when Nipsey was gunned down outside of his Marathon Clothing store, has been placed in jail in downtown Los Angeles for associating with the slain rapper.

AceShowbiz - One of the victims wounded in the Nipsey Hussle murder has been arrested.
Kerry Lathan, who was shot in the back outside Nipsey's Marathon Clothing store in Los Angeles on March 31, was treated for his gunshot wound in a nearby hospital and released - and now it has emerged he was arrested for violating his parole after serving 20 years for murder.
Sources tell TMZ police officers arrested Lathan for associating with Hussle, who authorities claim was a member of the Rollin 60's Crips gang.
Lathan is now behind bars at the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles as cops try to revoke his parole.
Eric Holder, the man police suspect killed Nipsey and injured Lathan and another man, has pleaded not guilty to murder. He was arrested two days after Nipsey was gunned down.
Hundreds of thousands of fans lined the streets for a tribute procession to the slain rapper on Thursday, April 11, following a star-studded Celebration of Life memorial at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
