The CW's Spring 2019 Lineup Sees 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' Returning in New Time Slot

Meanwhile, new series 'In the Dark' will make its debut on Thursday, April 4 at 9 P.M., following a new episode of 'Supernatural'.

AceShowbiz - The CW has set spring premiere dates for its shows, both returning and new. The spring 2019 lineup includes "DC's Legends of Tomorrow", "Jane the Virgin", "iZombie" and "The 100".

"DC's Legends of Tomorrow", which is absent from the 2018 December schedule in favor of "Black Lightning", is set to return on Monday, April 1. Instead of taking over its usual 9 P.M. slot, the series will air at 8 P.M. Meanwhile, initial 8 P.M. slot owner "Arrow" is taking a two-week hiatus at that time before returning in the 9 P.M. timeslot on Monday, April 15.

Also returning is "Jane the Virgin". The comedy's final season will begin Wednesday, March 27 at 9 P.M. Meanwhile, "iZombie" will premiere its fifth and final season on Thursday, May 2 at 8 P.M.

New series "In the Dark" will make its debut on Thursday, April 4 at 9 P.M., following a new episode of "Supernatural". Starring Perry Mattfeld, the freshman series follows a flawed and irreverent blind woman who is the only witness to the murder of her drug-dealing friend. After the police dismiss her story, she sets out with her dog, Pretzel, to find the killer while also managing her colorful dating life and the job she hates at Breaking Blind--the guide dog school owned by her overprotective parents.

Also making into the schedule is "The 100" that will return for its sixth season on Tuesday, April 30 at 9 P.M. Prio to that, season finale of "Roswell, New Mexico" will air on Tuesday, April 23 at 9 P.M.
