The 'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald' star was served with a lawsuit by Eugene Arreola and Miguel Sanchez in May 2018 over unpaid wages.

AceShowbiz - Johnny Depp has settled his lawsuit with his former bodyguards.

Eugene Arreola and Miguel Sanchez, who were first terminated in 2016, sued the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star last year (18), claiming Depp exposed them to "unsafe conditions" and "illegal substances" after he later rehired them to oversee security at his Hollywood Hills home.

In their lawsuit filed in May (18), the plaintiffs stated they began to "notice a stark change in Depp and the atmosphere on his Hollywood Hills compound... (and) often times Plaintiffs were forced to protect Defendant Depp from himself and his vices while in public..."

Arreola and Sanchez subsequently quit, but sued to recover unpaid wages. However according to The Blast, the parties have "reached a conditional settlement which settles and resolved the entire matter as to each Defendant and each Plaintiff."

The settlement terms have not been disclosed.
