Every Celebrity Who Kanye West Is Feuding With
Celebrity

Throughout his career, the 'Life of Pablo' rapper has been in a war with other famous names, such as Drake, Taylor Swift and Jay-Z.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West is known for his antics and controversial statements. A few months ago, the husband of Kim Kardashian made headlines for publicly supporting President Donald Trump as well as for saying that black slavery is a choice. His nature that sees him easily expressing his opinions unsurprisingly often gets him clashing with fellow A-list celebrities.

While his beef with Drake maybe the one most-talked-about recently, the Canadian star is not the only star who has been feuding with the "Gold Digger" rapper. Throughout his career, the "Life of Pablo" spitter has been in a war with other famous names, such as Taylor Swift, Nick Cannon, Amber Rose and Jay-Z. Some beefs were ignited because of their musics, while some others were about Kanye having had enough with people trying to meddle in his private life.

Here's how every feud involving Kanye went down.

1. DRAKE

Kanye and Drake had shared admiration to each other in the beginning of the latter's music career, but the bad blood between them started in 2011, when the "In My Feelings" hitmaker made a subtle jab at Ye. The Canadian rapper continued dissing Ye here and there until the latter finally responded in 2014 during his interview with the Rolling Stone.

"They always be trying to pit n****s against each other and it ain't going down no more," he said. "So, tonight, it ain't none of that. We love Drake, we love every motherf***er that put their heart into this motherf***in' music."

Their relationship got better as they worked together in Big Sean's "Blessings", but good things seemingly didn't last long. They were back at dissing each other and things escalated in May 2018, when Drake reignited his beef with Pusha T which later got Kanye involved.

Pusha suggested that the "I Love It" spitter was the one who started rumor of Drake hiding a child which later was confirmed by Drake himself. Kanye, however, denied the accusation, saying, "I'm 'Ye. I got major things to do other than be telling him some information about Drake."

Later in September, Kanye sent out a series of tweets in which he apologized to Drake for "stepping on" his "Scorpion" release date among others. Things, however, took an ugly turn once again as the "Stronger" hitmaker called out the "Hotline Bling" rapper this month. But he went back and forth with the diss. After demanding an apology from Drake for mentioning Yeezy Boost 350 on French Montana's collaboration "No Stylist", Kanye said they cleared everything out only to accuse Drake of bullying and threatening him just hours later. It seems like it will take long until the two musicians bury the hatchet.

2. JAY-Z

Kanye's relationship with Jay-Z is as complicated as Kanye's with Drake. The hip-hop moguls were known as big bros to each other. Ye even defended Jay-Z's wife Beyonce Knowles at the 2009 MTV VMAs by telling Taylor Swift, who snagged the trophy for Best Female Video category, that Bey should had been the winner of the award.

Things, however, got awkward between Kanye and Jay-Z when the former called out the "4:44" rapper during his "Saint Pablo" tour in 2016. "Don't call me after the [Paris] robbery and say 'how you feelin?' You wanna know how I'm feelin? Come by the house," he told a packed crowd during his stop in Seattle. "Bring the kids by the house. Like we're brothers. Let's sit down."

Being a musician, Jay-Z made his response through his song "Kill Jay-Z" off his album titled"4:44". "You gave him 20 million without blinkin'/ He gave you 20 minutes on stage, f*** was he thinkin'? 'F**k wrong with everybody?' is what you sayin'/ But if everybody's crazy, you're the one that's insane," he rapped in the track.

Later in an interview with The New York Times, Jay-Z revealed that he talked to "Kanye the other day, just to tell him, like, he's my brother. I love Kanye. I do." He also added that they had "a complicated relationship."

Meanwhile in May 2018, Kanye revealed that his fallout with Jay-Z started way back in 2014 when Jay-Z and Beyonce sat out his and Kim's wedding. "I was hurt about them not coming to the wedding. I understand they were going through some things, but if it's family, you're not going to miss a wedding," Ye told Charlamagne Tha God on iHeartRadio's "The Breakfast Club".

3. TAYLOR SWIFT

As mentioned in the previous story, Kanye started the beef with the former country singer after he interrupted Taylor's award acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards in favor of Beyonce. "Yo Taylor, I'm really happy for you, I'ma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time! One of the best videos of all time!" he said at the time. That intervention allegedly caused 19-year-old Taylor to leave the stage in tears.

A year later, Kanye apologized on Twitter to Tay, adding that he had a song for her before deleting his account. Just a few days later, Tay debuted her song titled "Innoncence" at the 2010 VMAs in which she dissed Kanye with her lyrics that read, "Thirty two and still growin' up now/ Who you are is not what you did/ You're still an innocent." That seemingly enraged Kanye, who un-apologized to her in a 2013 interview with the New York Times newspaper.

In 2015, they sparked speculation that they had buried the hatchet as they looked pretty much friendly with each other at that year's VMAs. The happy time didn't last long as the two were involved in another feud after Kanye released his infamous song "Famous" that featured him name-dropping the songstress.

"I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? I made that b***h famous," Kanye rhymed in the song. As he received backlash for that particular part, Kanye defended himself by saying that Tay "gave her blessing" during their "hour-long" convo on the phone.

But Tay's representative sang a different tune, claiming that the "Blank Space" singer was unaware about the b***h line and had "cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message."

Taylor addressed the issue at the 2016 Grammy Awards where she snagged the trophy for Album of the Year. "There are going to be people along the way who try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame -- but if you just focus on the work and you don't let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you're going, you'll look around and you will know that it was you, and the people who love you, who put you there -- and that will be the greatest feeling in the world," she said in her speech.

That was when Kanye's wife Kim got herself into the beef. In addition to insisting that the "Shake It Off" singer "totally approved" "Famous", she tweeted a post including a slew of snake emojis after dropping the footage of the alleged phone call between her husband and Tay, who later accused the husband and wife of "character assassination."

Last year, Tay epically responded to Kim's alluding her as "snake" by making snakes as the mascot of her promotion for her sixth studio album "Reputation".

4. NICK CANNON

While feuding with Drake, Kanye managed to get into a heated war of words with Nick Cannon. In September, Ye took to his social media account to call out a slew of his celebrity foes with Nick among them.

Kanye went fired up while defending his wife Kim amid rumors saying that she was the Kiki in Drake's mega hit track "In My Feelings". He slammed Nick, who used to date the reality TV star, for further fueling the rumors with his Complex interview. In the inteview, the former "America's Got Talent" host said he didn't think it was "far off of a concept" that Drake and Kim had hooked up in the past.

"First of all I want to address Nick Cannon. I understand that you used to date my wife, but you know, you get into an interview, don't mention my wife," he blasted Nick in the video. "If someone brings my wife up, say, 'I respect that man, I'm not speaking on that.' Don't be making no suggestions -- like nobody f**k my wife."

Nick quickly responded to Ye's rant, refusing to apologize and further saying that Kanye didn't get to tell him what to say and not to say in an interview. "I honestly got to say this, my dude," he said in an Instagram post. "I've never said anything disrespectful or harmful to ya, in my opinion, to your marriage, or your union."

"I salute it, keep it going. But you are not gonna tell me what I can and what I cant say," he added. "I'm a solid individual... somebody asks me a question, I'm gonna answer it to the best of my ability. Im gonna give my opinion. And there ain't no harm, no foul."

Fortunately, it was said that they have squashed their beef not long after Nick's response. It was also reported that the two were talking about Kanye's possible appearance on "Wild N' Out".

5. WIZ KHALIFA

In 2016, Kanye and Wiz Khalifa got into a back-and-forth on Twitter following the announcement of Ye's album "Waves". The title seemingly ticked off the "See You Again" rapper as he accused Ye of ripping off Max B.

"Please don't take the wave," Wiz tweeted. "Max B is the wavy one. He created the wave. There is no wave without him."

Kanye then responded the shade by tweeting, "All respect to Andre Harrel and Max B #Waves," to which Wiz replied, "Yea aight."

The Yeezy founder later released a more personal diss to Wiz. In addition to calling Wiz's first single "corny as f**k," he added, "Like, oh that Ye and I can put his wife initials on my twitter @Wizkhalifa." Kanye was referring to the initials "KK", thinking it referred to Kim Kardashian, when it was actually referring to "Khalifa Kush," his strand of weed.

"KK is weed fool. Reason's why your not wavy. Go bacc to Swish," Wiz fired back.

Ye didn't stop his rant, though. He went on taking a jab at Wiz by bringing Amber Rose, Wiz's former wife as well as Kanye's ex, into the topic. "4th you let a stripper trap you," he tweeted. Ye also get Wiz's son Sebastian involved as he said, "You wouldn't have a child if it wasnt for me. You own waves???? I own your child!!!!"

Wiz then addressed the Twitter feud during his appearance on "Breakfast Club" in the same year. "I don't feel like I really went at him," he revealed. Wiz also said that Ye apologized for throwing shade at Amber and Sebastian through a phone call.

"He apologized," Wiz said. "I wouldn't necessarily say it's squashed though because when you see him talk about it, it doesn't add up to what he said to me on the phone, so I just don't even..."

While the interview didn't necessarily suggest that things were cooling off between the hip-hop stars, Wiz recently shared that it was all peace and love between him and Kanye now. Following the release of Kanye's new track "Yikes" in June 2018, the Pittsburgh native was asked about his opinion on Ye's shout-out to him in the song. "I love that. I love that," he said to TMZ.

6. AMBER ROSE

It was lovers-turn-enemies for Kanye and Amber Rose. The two stars started dating in 2008 before splitting up in 2010. According to Amber, the split was driven by homewrecker Kim, who cheated on Reggie Bush, Kanye's collaborator, by sending him photos and the likes.

The relationship between Kanye and Amber turned worse as Ye inserted himself in the beef between Amber and his wife's famous family, the Kardashians.

"If Kim had dated me when I first wanted to be with her, there wouldn't be an Amber Rose. It's very hard for a woman to wanna be with someone that's with Amber Rose. I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim," he tweeted.

Amber, surely, didn't let the diss slide. She quickly clapped back by taking a jab at Kim and her previous relationship with Ray J. "Wait 30 showers? But Kim let RayJ nut on her.... Never mind," she snapped.

"This is my moment to let the world know who u really are and the things you've done to me. after all these years I never snitched on u and I don't plan on starting now. We once loved each other so I won't do u like that," she added in separate tweets.

She concluded her epic clapback by tweeting, "I'll leave that up to the Kartrashians to humiliate u when they're done with u."

When Kanye brought Amber in during his beef with Wiz, who dated Amber at that time, the beef between the exes were reignited. "Awww @kanyewest are u mad I'm not around to play in ur a**hole anymore? #FingersInTheBootyA**B***h," Amber tweeted.

Amber then suggested that she and Kim had squashed their beef by posing together in a friendly selfie. Maybe because of this, Kanye decided to change his line in his controversial song "Famous" from "I feel like Amber Rose still owe me sex" to "I feel that Taylor Swift still owe me sex."
