After the Bravo personality accuses him of physically and verbally abusing her in her counterclaim, Marty Caffrey insists that he 'never put a hand on her.'

AceShowbiz - Danielle Staub and estranged husband Marty Caffrey's divorce battle continues to heat up. Responding to the latter's divorce filing, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star accuses him of physically and verbally abusing her.

In her counterclaim filed on Friday, December 21, the 56-year-old reality star claimed that Marty has been "guilty of extreme cruelty" including "repeatedly exercised physical control and intimidation by holding [her] down and violently screaming derogatory comments in her face." She also alleged that he "repeatedly mocked and harassed her for being sexually abused by her father as a child," adding that he would bring up the abuse in public to embarrass her.

Other "acts of extreme cruelty" that she suffers from her estranged husband include threatening to expose their sex tape, which was recorded without her knowledge, to public unless she did what he told and disparaging as well as humiliating her. Furthermore, she claimed Marty would never allowed her to have parties at home unless she performed oral sex and then complimented him and massaged his ego in front of everyone.

According to Danielle, her daughters were also victims of his verbal abuse as he "referred to [her] relationship with her daughters as a 'lesbian affair,' purposely trying to hurt [her] by referencing incest and embarrass her about her childhood abuse." She additionally alleged that her 66-year-old husband "repeatedly referred to [her] daughters as a 'c**t' and 'entitled b***h' solely for the purpose of harming and harassing [her]."

Recalling the time when they had a vacation together in Anguilla, Danielle stated that Marty "repeatedly disparaged and harassed" her and her children, whom he called "entitled c**s." The document stated, "On one occasion in Anguilla, [he] became physically violent, pushing [her] down, holding her arms down, purposefully physically restraining [her] to the point where she became bruised."

She is now seeking spousal support and wants to restrict him from selling their marital home until an agreement is reached.

Responding to the allegation, Marty denied abusing the reality star and called her claim "so outrageous that I couldn't even think of what demented mind would come up with these things that are so illogical." He told Page Six that there were "never any bruises. It's so hysterical. I never put a hand on her. [There were] no problems in Anguilla. I don't understand what's wrong with her."

He said that the case would be back in court after the New Year as he wanted to "take the high road" for now. He noted, "I am going to have to suffer for a few days... I'm just going to have to deal with that. I'm a big boy."
