AceShowbiz - British actress Kaya Scodelario has replaced Emma Roberts as the lead in ice skating series "Spinning Out".
Roberts exited the Netflix drama last month due to scheduling issues, and now "The Maze Runner" star will step in to play an ambitious solo skater who is forced to team up with a bad boy when an injury ends her ice dance dreams.
The series has been created by Samantha Stratton, who was a competitive figure skater.
Sources previously told Deadline that Lily Collins was in negotiations for the series lead after Emma's exit.
