The decision to end the legal war comes nearly three years after Brett Rossi accused the former 'Two and a Half Men' star of forcing her to do abortion due to his HIV.

AceShowbiz - Charlie Sheen and his ex-fiancee have ended their legal war.

Brett Rossi has agreed to dismiss her lawsuit against the actor after accusing him of forcing her to terminate a pregnancy because of his HIV status.

Reports suggest the two parties have settled but it's unclear if money changed hands, according to TMZ.

Brett initially sued Charlie in December 2015, claiming he told her he didn't want her to have his baby because he didn't want her to give birth to "a r**arded child."

She later won a restraining order against her ex, claiming her life was in danger. That was also later tossed.

Sheen revealed he was HIV positive during a TV interview in November 2015, stating, "It's a hard three letters to absorb. It's a turning point in one's life."

He went public with his health issues in an effort to end a series of extortion attempts.

"I have to put a stop to this onslaught, this barrage of attacks and of sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories that are about me, threatening the health of so many others that couldn't be further from the truth," he said.
