The former Victoria's Secret Angel documents hours of work done on her while her crew puts on the green prosthetic mask on her face prior to hitting her annual Halloween bash.

AceShowbiz - Heidi Klum is going all out again for this year's Halloween. After teasing it in a series of sneak peeks on her social media accounts, the 45-year-old model revealed on Wednesday, October 31 what she's dressing up as for the annual festivity. And the character she's channeling this time is Fiona of "Shrek".

The former "Project Runway" judge debuted her look as Fiona in full at her 19th annual Halloween party in New York. Wearing green prosthetics and a green dress, she came with a man dressing up as Fiona's love interest, Shrek.

The German-born beauty began her transformation on Wednesday morning by sharing a spooky video. "OK everyone, it's Halloween," she said as her face shifted to ghostly grey and green hues. "Here we go..."

In a series of gifs and other videos, she showed her team putting on the green prosthetic mask on her face. Revealing the half-done work, she posted a video featuring her makeup crew member putting a finishing touch on her lips while she pouted to the camera.

Heidi also rocked a brown wig with a tiara perched on it to turn into the ogre princess.

Heidi previously teased her Halloween costume by showing a mold of swollen foot. "Putting my best foot forward this #HeidiHalloween thanks to @ProRenFX Any guesses?! You'll find out soon enough! #TwoMoreDays #CantWait," she wrote along with the video.

It has been Heidi's tradition for years to host Halloween party in which she debuted her elaborate costume. Among her insane costumes were an ape in 2011, an old lady in 2013, a butterfly in 2014 and Jessica Rabbit from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" in 2015. Last year, she dressed up as a werewolf from Michael Jackson's "Thriller" music video.
