The 'Teen Mom 2' star removes her account on Twitter after police responded to a 911 call about an alleged assault from her home, but her rep claims that she was hospitalized after tripping by a bonfire.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans has suspiciously withdrawn herself from Twitter following her hospitalization. The reality TV star's account on the micro-blogging site is currently not available with the message which reads, "Sorry, that page doesn't exist!" appearing on the screen when users click it.

The "Teen Mom 2"star, however, has not deleted her Instagram page. She most recently used the photo-sharing platform to endorse weight loss suplement by posting a mirror selfie in which she flaunted her flat tummy in a bra. She also often shared photos of her three children, Jace, 9, Kaiser, 4, and Ensley, 20 months, on the site.

Jenelle taking down her Twitter account comes after she was hospitalized for an alleged assault. On Saturday, October 13, shortly before 10 P.M., a woman made a 911 call from Jenelle and her husband David Eason's home reporting about the incident.

The Columbus County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina confirmed that two police officers responded to the report and upon arriving at the scene, they "advised [Evans] of the legal action she could take." An ambulance was also requested, but later canceled.

However, no arrests were made and Jenelle did not file a police report. The 30-year-old reality TV star was transported to a nearby hospital by a private car instead, the chief of 911 operations for Columbus County said.

A representative for Jenelle has downplayed the hospitalization, claiming that the trip to the hospital was a result of the star tripping on her own. The rep tells PEOPLE that the MTV star "had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property," during which "Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire."

The Ashley's Reality Roundup reported that Jenelle was not filming for "Teen Mom 2" when the alleged incident happened, but she and her mother Barbara were already back filming the show a day after the assault report was made.

Jenelle and David got married in September 2017 after dating since 2015. They welcomed their son Ensley on January 24, 2017. Jenelle was previously married to Courtland Rogers. She shares a son, Kaiser, with her ex Nathan Griffith. Meanwhile, David is also a father to two sons from previous relationships.
