AceShowbiz - Jason Derulo is set to pay tribute to Michael Jackson in a new song.

Let's Shut Up and Dance will feature the Swalla hitmaker and K-pop acts NCT 127 and Lay Zhang, and will be the first of several tribute tracks released in honour of the Thriller singer, according to Billboard.

A release date has yet to be announced, but news of the single comes as fans of the late King of Pop celebrate the star's 60th birthday, Auguts 29.

The four-part project is being put together by former MJJ Music president Jerry Greenberg, who is now the chairman of 769 Entertainment.

"(Jackson) was all about diversity and inclusion bringing us all together through his artistry," a statement from Greenberg reads. "Our hope is that through this special project, we can all come together in these challenging times and celebrate him, and to continue to keep his legacy alive for generations to come".
