AceShowbiz - R&B singer Jhene Aiko is hitting back at her former tour manager for allegedly posing as her booking agent, despite already having parted ways.
The Worst hitmaker claims Joshua Williams, who she worked with last year (17), has been using her name and image without permission to "raise the status and representation" of his current entertainment endeavours, reportedly pretending that Jhene is still his client, even though she is now signed to top agency ICM Partners, according to The Blast.
The star's accusations come after she was slapped with a lawsuit from Williams in March, when he sued for $53,000 (£41,000) in a dispute over unpaid expenses, plus a further $16,000 (£12,400) in outstanding wages.
Jhene alleges the costs Williams racked up were actually for his other clients, but he tried to get her to reimburse him.
She also insists Williams' accusations have tarnished her reputation in the industry, making it appear as if she has breached her own deal with ICM by seemingly continuing to work with him.
He has yet to respond to Jhene's court claims.
