AceShowbiz - Madonna called eldest son Rocco Ritchie her "beloved" as she shared a touching tribute to him on his 18th birthday.
The 59-year-old Material Girl hitmaker posted a series of photos on Instagram on Saturday, August 11 as her boy celebrated his milestone birthday.
"I am to My Beloved..." Madonna captioned an adorable photo of her with a baby Rocco smiling on her back.
"As my Beloved is to Me..." she later added in a separate post that showed the pair gazing at the camera together when her son was a toddler.
The mother-of-six shares Rocco with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie.
Madonna also posted a piece of artwork depicting her son entirely made up of photos of the singer.
"Into Your Eyes... My Face Remains,” she captioned the image, adding a heart emoji. "18 years went by in the blink of an eye! #happybirthdaymylove".
While his director father has yet to comment on his son's milestone birthday, Guy's wife Jacqui Ritchie made sure she commemorated her stepson's birthday.
"Happy 18," she simply captioned a picture of the pair laughing at the camera.
Madonna and Rocco have reconciled after a bitter custody battle was launched over the teenager after he refused to jet back to his mother in New York after a summer break with his father in the U.K.
The Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels director ultimately won the right to keep Rocco in London, where he is currently studying at college.
Despite mending her fractured relationship with her eldest son, Madonna relocated to Lisbon, Portugal last year, with adopted children David Banda, 12, Mercy James, 12, and twins Estere and Stelle, five.
