AceShowbiz - The Beach Boys star David Marks and his wife were recently arrested after a domestic dispute.
Police were called to their home in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles earlier this month, and hauled both Marks and wife Carrieann Marks off to jail, according to TMZ.com.
David was reportedly arrested and booked for resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer, while Carrieann was arrested for domestic violence against a spouse.
While the details of the incident are unclear, Carrieann told TMZ on Friday, July 27 that the dispute was a "misunderstanding", and that the couple is planning on celebrating David's 70th birthday in the south of France next month.
