The former 'Dukes of Hazzard' star has been sentenced to a year of probation after pleading guilty to annoying or accosting a person.

AceShowbiz - Former Dukes of Hazzard star Tom Wopat has been sentenced to a year of probation after pleading guilty to annoying or accosting a person.

The actor was arrested in August (17) after he allegedly grabbed a woman's backside and put his fingers in between her butt cheeks.

The unidentified woman was reportedly working with Wopat on the musical 42nd Street, and she reported the incident to a production official, who confronted the actor. Wopat denied the allegations and reportedly declared, "F**k them all".

The 66-year-old was later pulled over after the incident and cops reportedly discovered what they believed to be cocaine on his person, and he was booked for indecent assault and battery and possession.

He previously pleaded not guilty, but according to TMZ, he has since struck a plea deal and the felony indecent assault and battery charges have been dropped. The possession charge will reportedly also be dismissed if he stays clean for a year.
