AceShowbiz - Tristan Thompson and LeBron James might not be teammates anymore, but it doesn't mean they will cut ties altogether. After signing a deal with L.A. Lakers, James and wife Savannah Brinson decided to celebrate it with a dinner date at Nobu on Monday night, July 9 along with Thompson and his girlfriend Khloe Kardashian.
A source told E! News that the foursome dined for roughly two hours. "It was chill. They all looked like they had a good time. They were all smiling and laughing as they came out," the source said. Kardashian and Thompson kept things casual for the occasion, with the former sporting an olive green bomber jacket and spandex. Meanwhile, the Canadian athlete opted for a white sweatshirt and pink pants.
After the dinner, Thompson shared footage from his ride home via Snapchat, including a clip of him jamming out to "Guatemala" as the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star rested her head on his chest. "My little baby tired from dinner," he said before kissing her on the head. It clearly wasn't enough for them as they later shared a kiss before Thompson continued jamming to the song.
This marks the first time the couple flaunted PDA since news broke that Thompson cheated on her with multiple women while she was pregnant with their daughter True. Kardashian received huge backlash for her decision to stay with her boyfriend, but she hit back at her haters in a tweet that was posted last month.
"You have no knowledge of what goes on in our household or the enormous rebuilding this takes to even coexist," the mother of one wrote. "I'm proud of my strength. I appreciate your opinion and I hope you hold that same opinion to everyone else who has stayed in situations."
