Los Angeles Police Department officials took Keya Morgan into custody on Monday, June 11.

AceShowbiz - Comic book icon Stan Lee's business manager has been arrested on suspicion of filing a false police report.

Los Angeles Police Department officials took Keya Morgan into custody on Monday, June 11.

Few other details about the incident in question have been released, but his bail was set at $20,000 (£15,000) and he is due to appear in court on July 2, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Marvel legend Lee has yet to comment on Morgan's arrest, which took place two days after the 95-year-old took to Twitter to declare Keya as his "only partner and business manager", as he warned fans about imposters, but hours after the arrest, Stan filed a restraining order against Morgan.

Lee filed for the protection order in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Sources tell TMZ Morgan may have lied when he told police officers two gunmen showed up at his client's Hollywood Hills home last month, demanding money.
