Gal Gadot, Millie Bobby Brown and Ellen DeGeneres are among the stars who make an appearance in the visuals.

AceShowbiz - After confirming that they will release a new version of "Girls Like You", Maroon 5 released the song as well as its music video on Wednesday, May 30. The pop rock band recruits Cardi B for the song, which finds frontman Adam Levine professing his love to a girl he likes.

The visuals itself features the Los Angeles-based band performing the song as a slew of beautiful women take turn to dance behind Adam. Among the girls making appearances in the video are Camila Cabello, Gal Gadot, Millie Bobby Brown, Jennifer Lopez, Tiffany Haddish and Ellen DeGeneres.

Cardi only appears in the middle of the clip, delivering her verses in an oversized bright yellow coat. "Not too long ago, I was dancing for dollars/ No, it's really rude if I let you meet my mama," she raps. "You don't want a girl like me I'm too crazy/ Fore every other girl you meet its fugazy/ I'm sure them other girls were nice enough."

The clip ends with Adam snuggling up to his wife Behati Prinsloo, who holds their first daughter Dusty Rose. Meanwhile, the other girls form a circle.

"Girls Like You" is one of the singles off Maroon 5's latest album "Red Pill Blues", which was released on November 3, 2017 and debuted at No. 2 on Billboard 200 chart. Even though the set received mixed reviews from music critics, the effort was certified platinum by the RIAA after selling more than 1,000,000 units in the U.S.

In support of the album, Maroon 5 embarked on a tour called "Red Pill Blues Tour" which kicked off on March 1 in Quito, Ecuador. The band is scheduled to wrap the 42-date trek on October 15 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Julia Michaels serves as the opening act for the tour.
