The 'Swish Swish' songstress says the shocking remark in the finale of 'American Idol' where she serves as the judge.

AceShowbiz - Katy Perry has confirmed she's no longer "single" adding weight to rumours the "Roar" singer is back with her on/off beau Orlando Bloom.

The comment came during the finale of "American Idol", which aired in the U.S. on Monday, May 21, after judge Katy spotted newly-engaged "Bachelorette" star Becca Kufrin in the audience.

"Yes, I'll give you all my roses," Katy smiled to the TV personality. "I'm not single but I still like you."

While the 33-year-old didn't name any names, her admission follows a slew of recent rumours hinting at Katy's reconnection with actor Orlando.

The couple, who met in January 2016 and dated for 14 months before separating in March 2017, have been spotted together on a number of occasions and continue to speak highly of one another.

Last month the pair travelled to Vatican City in Rome to attend the annual Unite to Cure conference, where they met with Catholic Church leader Pope Francis.

In a short video of the event posted to Katy's Instagram Stories, the popstar can be heard referring to Orlando as "my darling".

Days later, Orlando gushed about Katy during an interview with British publication The Times, saying he'd been "hit sideways" by his feelings for the star.

"She's a remarkable human being, actually," the "Lord of the Rings" star told the news outlet. "Completely surprising, because I am not her demographic. I am a little older than her, so I wasn't someone overly familiar with her artistic endeavours when we met.

"And, you know, when you get hit sideways you get hit sideways. You don't pick who you fall in love with," he added.

But the pair have been reluctant to officially confirm their reunion, with Orlando who recently returned to the West End stage in Tracy Letts' play, "Killer Joe", acknowledging the difficulties of maintaining a relationship while juggling busy schedules.

"She's on tour, I'm doing a play, everything evolves," he cautioned. "So we will see."
