The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star writes on her app and website that her inspiration for the look is this model.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian has finally broken her silence after being accused of copying Beyonce Knowles' look when she wore a black Versace outfit at a Met Gala after-party on May 7. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star took to her app and website on May 15 to state that her inspiration for the look was Helena Christensen.

In a post titled "Versace After-Party," Kim wrote, "For the Versace after-party, I kept my glam the same and changed into a bondage-inspired Versace dress. I found the exact dress Helena Christensen wore in 1992, so I loved being able to re-create her entire look. She's such a fashion icon!"

Helena was one of the OG supermodels back in the day and rocked the dress designed by the late Gianni Versace at his fall/winter fashion show in 1992. The dress featured numerous leather straps and buckles as well as a caged corset. Unlike Helena's dress, Kim's dress featured a shorter skirt which flaunted her stunning legs.

Kim had been receiving backlash after fans of Beyonce noticed that she wore the exact same dress that the diva wore back in 2011 for a photoshoot. After The Shade Room posted on Instagram a comparison picture of the two donning the bondage-inspired dress, many took to the comment section to accuse the KKW Beauty founder of stealing Bey's style.

While Kim has set the record straight on the accusation, she might be sharing a courtroom with Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick after being accused of failing to pay their private jet bills. Silver Air claims in its lawsuit that the famous family chartered a flight and left a $225,353.80 tab unpaid.

A source knowledgeable of the situation told Page Six that the family paid "large lump sums" to travel company JetLux to charter their planes as needed. The source believed that the travel company did not pay their vendors, which resulted in the suit.

Silver Air is seeking for the money they are owed.
